Ferrexpo AG (Switzerland) has accumulated 99.02% of Poltava Mining and Processing Works.
Earlier the Ferrexpo stake amounted to 97.43% in the total number of shares and 39.12% in the voting shares. After the acquisition of shares Ferrexpo AG now has 99.02% in total shares and 40.71% in voting shares. (Ukrainian metal)
