In January-May Interpipe Steel produced 376 thousand tons of steel, down by 24% YoY.
In May the works produced 88 thousand tons of steel as opposed to 65 thousand tons in April.
The works is the key project of Interpipe directed at providing pipe and wheel manufacture with steel billets.
Interpipe is among the top-10 seamless pipe manufacturers in the world and the third largest railroad wheels producer in the world. (Ukrainian metal)
