The business court of Dniepropetrovsk region has opened a bankruptcy case against Dniepropetrovsk Tube Works under a claim of Bank Radical (Kyiv) on the collection of a debt of UAH 10.446 million under a credit agreement.
According to an official report of arbitration manager Denys Tkachenko, posted in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine, the ruling on opening the case was issued on June 11, 2015, and the issuer received the notification on June 25.
Dniepropetrovsk Tube Works is one of the leading producers of ferrous pipes in Ukraine and a monopolist in the CIS states in production of composite tubes.
The enterprise is under control of shareholders in Industrial Union of Donbas (ISD).
Bank Radical was founded in 2010.
