Ukraine: Russia again attacks DTEK mine in Dnipropetrovsk region
On October 25, Russia again attacked a DTEK mine in Dnipropetrovsk region. During the attack, 496 miners were underground. All of them were safely guided to the surface. There were no injuries. According to DTEK, this is already the seventh attack on its coal enterprises over the past two months.
