In January-May, trade turnover between Georgia and Turkiye, its main partner, amounted to $1.25 billion, including $1.09 billion worth of imports, up by 17.5% YoY, and $176.27 million of exports, up by 7.8%.
According to the National Statistics Bureau of Georgia, imports of steel pipes from Turkiye reached 26.642 thousand tons, up by 86%.
The cost of pipe imports grew by 62.3%, to $23.26 million. (Ukrainian metal)
