Shareholders of the ferrous scrap private JSC Lvivmetal intend to hold an annual meeting on April 12.
The shareholders plan to listen the report of the general manager on financial and commercial activity in 2023, as well as the supervisory board report.
The net profit for 2023 in the amount of 224 thousand UAH will be spent to develop the company. (Ukrainian metal)
