Centravis Production Ukraine reports small delays in delivering products to European customers due to the blockade of three crossing points on the Ukrainian-Polish border.
“The Polish protests resulted in disruptions on roads. Although the movement was slowed down, the protests did not lead to complete halt,” Centravis sales director Artem Atanasov has said in a letter to customers.
According to him, expecting such events, the company logistics team has sent cargo to alternative routes, especially via the Krakivets and Shegini crossing points, to reduce delays.
As a result, delays in deliveries were minimal, at 2 to 7 days, affecting only 2 customers. (Ukrainian metal)
