In January-September, Centravis produced 9.4 thousand tons of seamless stainless steel pipes, up by 12% YoY.
In physical terms, these are millions of meters, as seamless pipes, unlike carbon steel pipes and stainless steel welded pipes, are light-weight.
This has to do with seamless pipes being used in extremely complex conditions, with aggressive environment, high and ultra-high temperature, pressure and other specific conditions.
For example, 170 tons of tool pipes for cars have a combined length of more than 900 thousand meters. This is enough for 450-600 cars.
At present, the company is working at 65-75% of the pre-war level. (Ukrainian metal)
