On September 18, Vasiliy Atanasov, co-founder and a shareholder of Centravis, one of the largest manufacturers of stainless steel pipes in the world, died at the age of 88.
Atanasov was born in 1935.
All his life he devoted to the Nikopol Pipe Works, on the basis of which in 2022 the Nikopol Stainless Pipes Works was created, which later became Centravis.
As of the end of 2022, the shareholders of Centravis Production Ukraine, apart from Vasiliy Atanasov, were his son Yuriy and children of his second son – Konstantin Atanasov and Yekaterina Atanasova-Milovanova. (Ukrainian metal)
