In 2022, Interpipe NMTZ received 382.038 million UAH of net loss, as opposed to a net profit of 175.722 million UAH in 2021.
According to the information prepared for the annual meeting of the shareholders scheduled for April 28, to be held remotely, the undistributed profit in 2022 amounted to 198.491 million UAH.
This year, the company intends to sell 301.422 million UAH worth of products.
The shareholders will decide on the sale of earlier purchased 7.593 thousand ordinary shares to Interpipe Limited (Cyprus). (Ukrainian metal)
