The Supreme Anticorruption Court has not satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice on the confiscation of Demurinskiy Mining and Processing Works and other companies controlled by the Russian billionaire Mikhail Shelkov.
The court did not find the proofs of Shelkov having control over DemGOK strong enough.
DemGOK via its Cyprus owner has a debt to the Russian VSMPO-Avisma. (Ukrainian metal)
