Centravis Ltd., a part of Centravis Production Ukraine, is creating a holding company Top Groups in Switzerland.
The board of directors will also be located there.
“In the last day of 2022, the Swiss authorities granted us the right to create the holding company and allowed placing our board in Lugano,” Centravis CEO Yuri Atanasov has said. (Ukrainian metal)
