In 2021, Dneprospetsstal received a net loss of 461.023 million UAH, down from 887.843 million UAH in 2020.
Uncovered losses last year amounted to 3.307 billion UAH.
At the annual meeting scheduled for December 21 shareholders intend to sum up the results of the work in 2021 and approve of considerable deals, as well as some amendments to loan agreements with Oschadbank.
The shareholders will also select an auditor for 2022-2025. (Ukrainian metal)
