Metinvest has provided 300 more bulletproof vests to the Avdiivka area, bringing the total to over 2600 pieces.
The frontline Avdiivka and the closest settlements now witness the harshest fighting.
“The new vests are of our own make – the plates are made at Metinvest plants. The group keeps helping both the military and civilians. We received stoves, medicine and food,” the acting CEO of Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Works Yuri Kstinenko has said.
Every tenth bulletproof vest used in the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been produced of Metinvest steel or bought by the group. (Ukrainian metal)
