Metinvest has sent 6 more module shelters intended to reinforce trenches to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

10 shelters have been produces, of which 8 have already been installed and 2 have been sent to the front.

The “Blindage 2.0” is a special metal capsule, which is assembled on site and is dug 1-1.5 meters into the earth. Overhead, wooden logs are placed in a couple of layers.

Inside the shelter there are places for rest, to install ovens, pipe outlets, water drains and an emergency exit.

“We intend to produce 20 shelters per month. We can provide blueprints to anyone who wants to help,” Zaporizhstal engineering director Mykola Petryakov has said.

Shelters are provided to the army free of charge. (Ukrainian metal)
