Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant has appointed Ruslan Ponomarenko the CEO and the chairman of the board instead of Vladimir Kutsin.

On July 1, Kutsin will switch to the new office of the CEO councilor.

CEO Gennadiy Lavrinenko resigned on June 22. Yelena Bai has been appointed instead.

Before his new appointment, Ponomarenko was the chief accountant and CFO.

Alexander Zavgorodniy will become a new CFO, while Inna Starik will head the accountant office. (Ukrainian metal)
