Under its program to modernize manufacturing capacities, Zaporozhkoks has completed a 5-year repair of the coke-oven batteries Nos. 5 and 6 having invested 400 million UAH.
The repair began in 2016.
122 coking chambers have been repaired, with reinforcing elements replaced.
In 2020, Zaporozhkoks increased blast furnace coke output by 3.1% YoY, to 853.12 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
