A new steel plant will be built in Georgia until 2023 within the “Produce in Georgia” state program, the government press office has reported.
About 3,819,664 GEL ($1,216,453) will be invested to construct the new steel plant.
Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said about 50 people would be employed at the plant.
The state will give land and buildings located in Vaziani Settlement to the Steel House Ltd for the symbolic price of 1 GEL to build the steel plant on the plot. (Agenda/Ukrainian metal)
