In January-June, Ukraine increased steel output by 7.5% YoY, to 10.86 million tons.
Pig iron manufacture grew by 8.1%, to 10.79 million tons, and rolled metal – by 6.6%, to 9.63 million tons.
In 2020, Ukraine produced 20.549 million tons of steel, down by 1.4% YoY, 18.344 million tons of rolled metal, up by 0.7%, and 20.358 million tons of pig iron, up by 1.5%. (Ukrainian metal)
