In 2020, Ferrexpo increased premium pellets output with the iron content of over 67% to more than 300 thousand tons.
Ferrexpo was the first company in Ukraine to start supplying premium or DR-pellets.
All the premium pellets last year were shipped to the Ferrexpo plant in Texas, USA.
Overall pellets output grew by 7%, to 11.2 million tons, with sales up by 17.5%, to 12.1 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
