Since 2012, Zaporizhstal has spent 15 billion UAH on the ecological modernization.
According to the company CEO Alexander Mironenko, in particular, the company has reconstructed three blast furnaces, which now meet all the modern technological and environmental standards.
Zaporizhstal has also modernized its sinter factory, decreasing dust emission by 70%.
Until the end of the year the company will finish constructing additional dust-exhaust systems. (Ukrainian metal)
