In July, Ukraine exported 331.8 thousand tons of pig iron valued at $89.4 million, up by 67.7% and by 43.1% YoY respectively.
According to the customs statistics, in January-July exports totaled 1.8 million tons valued at $511.7 million, up by 29.1% and by 12.8% YoY respectively.
USA was the main customer (57.02%) followed by China (21.36%) and Turkey (7.76%).
In July, Ukraine exported 189.2 thousand tons of pig iron to the USA and 70.9 thousand tons to China. (Ukrainian metal)
