In November 2019 Russia imported 4.6 thousand tons of aluminum scrap and wastes, up by 70% MoM and by 60% YoY.
Deliveries from Kazakhstan remained unchanged at 16.8 thousand tons. At the same time, purchases from US grew 3-fold, to 2.3 thousand tons.
In 11 months of 2019 imports totaled 27.6 thousand tons, down by 18% YoY.
In monetary terms since the start of the 2019 the imports have decreased by 32%.
Price in November 2019 fell by 5%, to $996 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
