Transportation of imported alumina via the Far Eastern Railroad in 2019 will grow by 30.5% YoY, to 300 thousand tons.
The cargo is transported to Rusal aluminum plants in Siberia.
Previously alumina was transported via the Vanino port.
Alumina transportation contributed a lot to an increase in the railroad overall transportation, which grew by 15%. (Ukrainian metal)
