The arbitrary court of Perm region has partially satisfied the claims of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on taking measures in the dispute with enterprises under control of the Solikamsk Magnesium Works owner.
The court prohibited Cyprus-based Volesko Yjldings Ltd, Slontecco Investments Ltd and Fullcircle Facilities Management Ltd doing anything with the company shares.
The Antimonopoly Service believes that the shares of the strategically important enterprise have been illegally transferred to foreign companies.
Shareholders disagree with the decision. (Ukrainian metal)
