In August Russia imported 280 tons of molybdenum ore and concentrate, up by 152% MoM, but down by 15.5% YoY.

Deliveries from the USA grew almost 2-fold, to 80 tons, and from the Netherlands – 3-fold, to 190 tons.

In 8 months imports totaled 2 thousand tons, down by 14.7% YoY.

In monetary terms since the start of the year the exports have decreased by 12.6%.

Import prices in August dropped by 11%, to $15.5 per kg. (Ukrainian metal)
