The Ministry of Energy and Environment intends to find a private partner to carry out a participation project with the only uranium miner and processor in Ukraine – VostGOK.
No details have been revealed.
According to the Energoatom president Yuri Nedashkovsky, the project is intended to make the state enterprise healthier and improve its efficiency.
At the same time VostGOK will not be merged with Energoatom.
Moreover, some 140 million UAH will be invested in the Novokonstantinovskaya mine, developed by VostGOK. (Ukrainian metal)
