Kerch Iron and Steel Works, situated in the Russia-annexed Crimea, has been forcedly reorganized from the state unitary enterprise into a joint stock company.
Moreover, the company has been transferred under the control of the so-called Ministry of property and land relations.
The ministry now owns 100% of the company. (Ukrainian metal)
