The shareholders of the Russian gold producer Polyus have approved payment of 162.98 rubles per share in dividends for January–June, Polyus said.

The record date for the dividends is October 10.

Previously, the company paid 131.11 rubles per share in dividends for January-June 2018 and 147.12 rubles per share in final dividends for the year. Under the dividend policy, the company pays at least 30% of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) in dividends for a reporting period.
