ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih has opened its second metal warehouse in Odessa.

The new site has a size of 6 thousand square meters and can accommodate up to 10 thousand tons of metal products.

The second warehouse in Odessa is aimed at increasing sales in the southern regions.

The choice of Odessa was stipulated by a growth of construction sector in the region.

“In H1 the construction sector in the south of Ukraine grew almost 2-fold YoY. And it is our main customer. Over the 6 months Odessa region has put into operation almost 500 thousand square meters of housing, and each second flat in Odessa has been built using our metal”, deputy CEO on marketing and sales Anastasia Tatarulieva declared.

The sales at the second warehouse are expected to reach 4-5 thousand tons per month. (Ukrainian metal)
