In June Russia exported 26.8 thousand tons of ferrosilicon, up by 1% MoM, but down by 47.2% YoY.

Deliveries to Japan grew 1.5-fold, to 12.1 thousand tons, but to the Netherlands dropped by 39%, to 4.9 thousand tons, and to Korea – by 3%, to 2.4 thousand tons.

In H1 ferrosilicon exports totaled 187 thousand tons, down by 15.7% YoY.

In monetary terms since the start of the year the exports have decreased by 18.7%.

Export prices have been falling since the start of the year, reaching $1184 per ton in June. (Ukrainian metal)
