In June Russia exported 1.17 million tons of semi-finished steel products, down by 14% YoY, but up by 4.2% MoM.

According to the Federal Customs Statistics, since March exports have been falling.

In January-June Russia exported 7.58 million tons of steel semis, down by 7% YoY.

Taiwan was the main customer, accounting for 24% of all exports, down by 2.7%. In June the average FOB price was $402 per ton.

Mexico decreased imports by 16.2%, to 14.3%, with the average price at $463.2, while Belgium covered 13% of all sales, up by 5.7%. Average price was $452.7 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
