Shareholders of Makeevkoks, situated on the Ukraine-uncontrolled territory, refreshed the supervisory board, by removing two of its members, as well as changing the auditor.

The decisions were taken at the shareholders’ meeting on April 18.

In particular, the shareholders have re-elected Igor Nadych and Olga Vinogorodskaya as members of the supervisory board for three years, having removed Liliya Kushka and Andrei Mitroshivech from the board.

Igor Nadych was elected chairman of the board.

Julia Bursana has become a new auditor instead of Angelina Ivanchenko.

In 2018 Makeevkoks received a net profit of 864 thousand UAH as opposed to a net loss of 698.633 million UAH in 2017. (Ukrainian metal)
