In January-March Ukraine increased aluminum ore and concentrate (bauxite) imports by 22% YoY, to 1.4 million tons valued at $61.13 million, up by 35.3%.
According to the State Fiscal Service, Guinea supplied most of the ore (58.47%), followed by Guyana (36.49%) and Brazil (4.77%).
Ukraine did not re-export this raw material neither in Q1 2019, nor in Q1 2018. (Ukrainian metal)
