Chelyabvtormet could not resume its permit for air pollution suspended by the regional environment service.
The permit was suspended in November 2018.
In December 2018 the regional governor Boris Dubrovsky demanded the casting shop of the company to be closed down because of the extensive air pollution.
While the company is permitted to process ferrous metals only, it also processed non-ferrous metals.
Chelyabvtormet filed an appeal to the court, but the court did not satisfy it. (Ukrainian metal)
