The State commission on reserves has positively assessed the report on the reserves of the rare-earth metal raw materials at the Chuktukon deposit.

The deposit is situated in the Krasnoyarare earthrsk region.

The prospecting work was carried out in 2014-2018.

According to the report, the reserves of the deposit are as follows: rare earth trioxides – 2.8 million tons (as opposed to 500 thousand tons of the state estimate), and the average content is 4.585%, up 5.5-fold; niobium oxide – 443 thousand tons (200 thousand tons), average content – 0.74%; and scandium trioxide – 3.39 thousand tons (not envisaged by state experts) with the average content of 60 g per ton.
