In January Ukraine exported $234.6 million worth of iron ore and concentrate, down by 2.44% YoY.

Volume-wise exports dropped by 0.28%, to 3.152 million.

According to the State Fiscal Service, iron ore raw materials accounted for 5.77% of all exports.

China, Poland and the Czech Republic purchased almost half of all ore.

The share of Poland fell to 13.1%, while that of China grew to 18.4%.

In 2018 Ukraine exported $2.869 billion worth of iron ore, up by 10.8%. (Ukrainian metal)
