In January-November 2018 Russia exported 61 thousand tons of semi-finished steel products to Ukraine, up by 93.6% YoY, and the highest result in the past 6 years.
Rostov region accounts for almost a third of all exports, up by 18%.
The share of Sverdlovsk region is 29%, up 6-fold. And that of Belgorod region – 27%, up by 77%. (Ukrainian metal)
