Elgaugol LCC is assembling 2 powerful excavators at its Elga coal complex.
Investments in the project totaled 1.8 billion rubles.
The excavators have been produced and supplied by Uralmashzavod.
The assembly of the EKG-18 excavator with the ladle size of 18 cubic meters will be complete in late January 2019, while the commissioning of the ESh 20-90 C excavator is scheduled for June 2019.
“These are the first excavators with the ladle of 18 and 20 cubic meters at Elga. Such machines have proven themselves at the Neryungri pit”, the company managing director Ivan Tsepkov said. (Ukrainian metal)
