Technoinvest Alliance, carrying out a project to construct a mining and processing works at the Zashikhinskoye rare-earth metals deposit, is viewing the city of Sayansk as one of the sites to create the works.
The city mayor Oleg Borovskiy has shown the potential investor the site for the construction of a new enterprise and enumerated preferences enjoyed by the residents of the Sayansk territory of advanced development.
The first stage of the works is expected to be commissioned in Q4 2020, the second – in Q4 2023, while the third and the fourth stages – in Q4 2027.
Investments in the project will total 3.16 billion rubles, and 357 jobs will be created. (Ukrainian metal)
