This will set new records on mining and shipping coal for Solntsevsky Coal Pit and Coal Seaport of Shakhtersk in the Sakhalin region.
ECM is the largest exporter of coal in Russia.
In the past 6 years coal mining and sales grew almost 7-fold.
This year the company has invested some 2 billion rubles in the development of its enterprises.
