Shareholders of the Zaporozhye Aluminum Works have decreased the number of supervisory board members by 2 and replaced the existing board.
Natalia Pavluyk, Natalia Kharina, Anastasia Mankivskaya, and Tatyana Kuzub have been reelected to the board, with Irina Kholodnova elected. All of them are the representatives of the main shareholder – the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The shareholders have also changed the name of the enterprise to the joint-stock company Zaporozhye Manufacturing Aluminum Works. (Ukrainian metal)
