In January-September Beloretsk Iron and Steel Works increased the sales of metal wares to construction companies.
In particular, the sales of cold-formed rebars increased by 28% YoY, steel net – by 26%, and low-carbon wire – by 25%.
The sales of ordinary quality wire and cold-drawn bars to produce fasteners increased by 15% and 13% respectively. Nail sales grew by 11%.
Steel ropes for oil and gas industry demonstrated a slight increase in sales – 2%.
In 9 months the company has sold over 358 thousand tons of metal wares, on par with January-September 2017. (Ukrainian metal)
