The Vorgashorskaya mine has become the first enterprise of Vorkutaugol to mine 2 million tons of coal this year.
By the end of the year the mine intends to have extracted one more million tons of coal.
The mine is the largest coal-extracting enterprise on the European part of Russia. This is also the youngest among Vorkutaugol enterprises.
Last year it mined 2.5 million tons of coal. (Ukrainian metal)
