Severstal – Bar Works Balakovo has mastered a new product – steel of the grade 20 to produce wire rod with the diameter of 6.5 mm.
The produced rolled metal fully corresponds to the requirements of GOST 10702.
This rolled metal is used by Severstal-Metiz to produce wire according to STO 71915939-TS151.
“The manufacture of grade 20 steel will increase our product portfolio, our deliveries to customers and allow us reaching new sales markets”, the company CEO Artem Akinfiyev said. (Ukrainian metal)
