Abinsk Electrometallurgical Works will put into operation new machinery with the design capacity of 50 thousand tons per year at the metal wares shop No. 1.
The shop will produce wire with the diameter of 0.8 to 8 mm, welding wire (2-6 mm), rolled metal of 5-8 mm diameter and wire of 2-5 mm diameter according to GOST 9850-72.
The metal wares shop No. 2 will be commissioned in Q1 2019.
Its design capacity is 150 thousand tons. It will produce wire of 2.5-6 mm according to GOST 3282-74, B500S rolled metal of 8-12 mm diameter and wire with zinc-aluminum coating.
Further plans are development of fasteners manufacture. (Ukrainian metal)
