In August Severstal decreased sales by 0.1% YoY, to 488.6 thousand tons.
This is the lowest level since July 2017.
In January-August sales grew by 5.3% YoY, to 5.45 million tons.
Russian customers received 3.66 million tons, up by 0.5%, while exports increased by 16.8%, to 1.8 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
