In August Yuzhniy Mining and Processing Works produced 1038.9 thousand tons of concentrate, up by 0.5% YoY.
According to the company statement, sinter output dropped by 36.2%, to 104.6 thousand tons.
In January-August UGOK produced 8143.5 thousand tons of concentrate and 1055.7 thousand tons of sinter, down by 0.3% and by 12.8% YoY respectively.
In 2017 concentrate output grew by 8.8% YoY, to 12.27 million tons, while sinter manufacture dropped by 10.8%, to 1.858 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
