The rail and beam shop of the Chelyabinsk Iron and Steel Works has set a new record on daily rail production.
The mill produced 3.3 thousand tons of rails during the day with the average daily output of 2.9 thousand tons.
This is not the first record of the shop. In November 2017 daily rail output reached 3.2 thousand tons.
The rail and beam mill, commissioned in 2013, produces beams and rails with the length of 100 meters. (Ukrainian metal)
