Last week as the result of the flooding at the mine one person perished in the pro-Russia militants-controlled town of Snezhnoye in Donetsk region.
The accident happened on August 11. 2 miners were at the accident site. The body of one of them was recovered on August 12. The search for the second miner is underway.
On August 6 the roof caved-in at the Volynskoye Mine Group long face. 16 miners were at the site, with 12 of them returning to the surface by themselves. The rescuers saved 2 more.
On August 9 two miners suffocated because of the failure of the compressor machinery at the mine No. 37 in Snezhnoye. (Ukrainian metal)
